Thanks for visiting my website. Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life. I've been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2009. I love sharing my passion for health & ftiness with my clients. I've been on the road since the beginning of 2022. I'm incredibly thankful that I have the opportunity to see the country & talk about mental health. I have Bipolar 2. I'll have it for the rest of my life. I work hard to manage my mental health. Everybody has mental health. so everyone needs to practice good mental health: sleep, nutrition, stress management, connecting with family & friends & practicing gratitude.

Zoom Personal Training

You can't beat the convenience of training in your own basement or back yard. All you need is a little equipment. I would recommend buying the following inexpensive yet highly effective equipment: BOSU, stability ball, medicine ball, dumbbells, kettlebell & reistance bands.  Of course I would be happy to help you shop. If you don't have any of the aforementioned equipment now or even later, it's not a problem. You will always get great workouts. My campervan, the Bipolar Express, & I are traveling around the country & talking about mental health. You can get fantastic workouts while experiencing different parts of the country & being part of the mental health conversation. Are you ready to take your health & fitness to new heights?

I very much recommend Michael FitLife for anyone looking to have fun, improve core strength and stay healthy. I turned to Michael as part of rehab for a knee injury and back pain and in the past 3 years, he's helped me recover from both, lose 7 lbs and turn in the best 10 mile and 5K race times I've had in a decade.  His coaching style and interesting workouts motivate me every week.  You will be challenged. Rates are competitive and he's very accommodating/flexible on schedules.  He has even provided me with personalized "do it yourself at home" workouts for in-between sessions that don't require a lot of space or equipment.  I like that.  Note:  his gym is not air conditioned, but open to outside so you workout in a more natural climate--can be warmer or colder than an indoor gym*  Eric T.
